The Boat Shall Have Up To Date Navigation and Sounding Equipment in Working Order
Well Maintained and Serviced Fish Gear All in Working Order
Specific and Required Baits and Lures in Good Supply
Refreshments and Light Snacks will be Made Available Onboard During the Charter
The Captain and Mate will Provide a Positive Enjoyable Experience Throughout the Charter
Location, Times and General Details
In Gerneral the Charter will beging at 10:00-am with the departure from the dock.
Lines will will be in the water shortly there after.
The Charter Departure Point is located at Bobby's Marina, Philipsburg, St Maarten
Paid Secure Parking is Available at the Marina. However, is independent of the Charter.
Shuttle Service is Available for Pick Up and Return and can be arranged during the intial Charter Setup Process
Other Conditions
Passengers are required to bring a valid form of photo ID with them on the charter
We do not accept any liability in a any circumstance for the loss or damage of mobile phones, cameras, tablets or any other electronic device carried on to the charter vessel by a guest
Each child (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult
Weather and Sea conditions can vary and guests should be aware of recognize this when making a booking

Half-Day Charter 10:00 until 14:00 (2pm)
Full-Day Charter 10:00 until 16:00 (4pm)

The charter will provide a safe environment for our guests, our vessels are inspected to ensure that all mandated safety equipment is onboard but it is the responsibility of each person to individually safeguard themselves and others.
The Charter Captain will asses the safety of each activity and his decision will be final
